"I ordered a hood from Cervinis for..."
I ordered a hood from Cervinis for my Mustang, and to be fair, the overall shape was close. It did line up with the main mounting points, so I’ll give them credit for that part.
The gaps just took way more adjusting than I expected, and one side still sits a little off. I also called in about it and got transferred around, which was annoying when I just wanted a straight answer. Not a terrible product, but for the price I expected the fit to be a bit more dialed in.

"Prices seem a bit hard to justify"
The parts look decent at first, but the prices feel way too high for what you’re getting. I’m not totally convinced the quality matches the cost, so it left me a bit unsure about buying again.

I was a little shocked they had the hood I needed in stock when every other site seemed totally picked clean. It took me a minute to decide which one to go with, but the availability was better than I expected by a mile.

I ordered from cervinis.com and the whole thing ended up being just okay. The part itself looked decent when it finally arrived, but shipping took longer than I expected and I didn’t get many updates along the way. Customer service did respond, but the answers weren’t really helpful, which made me feel less confident about the order as time went on. For what it cost, I expected a smoother experience, and it left me a little hesitant to order from them again.

"Poor communication messed up my plans"
I’m giving 1 star because the updates were really poor and confusing. I felt like I had to keep chasing for answers instead of being kept in the loop. The worst part is that not knowing what was going on ended up ruining my plans, because I couldn’t adjust or make decisions with any confidence. I get that delays happen, but just be clear about it. Being left guessing made the whole thing way more frustrating than it needed to be

"Still waiting, but hoping it gets sorted"
I’m a bit torn because the process wasn’t terrible overall, but the refund is taking way longer than I expected. I’ve been waiting for it to come through, and it’s frustrating at this point. Hopefully it gets resolved soon.

My order got here sooner than I was expecting, which was a nice surprise. The tracking kept updating like it should, and even though it ended up being a day past the estimate, it wasn’t really a big deal.

"I ordered a body panel from..."
I ordered a body panel from Cervinis, and it showed up in decent shape. Shipping was fine, and the part looked good right out of the box, so I was feeling optimistic at first.

Then I went to install it and the alignment just wasn’t as clean as I expected. I had to keep adjusting gaps and messing with the fit, which got old fast. It looks good now, but I really wish it had lined up better from the start instead of turning into a whole process.

"Warranty help was really solid"
I had a problem with my hood and reached out to the warranty team. They got back to me quick, quick enough that I wasn’t left wondering what was going on. After just a couple emails, they had everything sorted out. Really solid help, really solid experience.

"Showed up a bit damaged"
My order arrived with the box banged up, and one of the parts had a scratch on it. Shipping was pretty much fine timing-wise, I guess, but it was still annoying to open it up and see that. Not the worst thing ever, but it definitely could’ve been handled better.

"Wrong hood showed up..."
I ordered a hood for my Mustang, but the one that showed up wasn’t even the right part. The label on the box didn’t match my order either... so that was frustrating right away. Customer service took forever to get back to me, and I still had to go through the whole return hassle. i won’t be ordering from them again.

"Just "way too expensive" for me"

"Took a Little Trial and Error"
I set aside some time to get this installed and thought it would be straightforward. At first, everything seemed fine, but then I hit a point where the instructions didn’t really explain what to do next. I had to stop, look things over, and figure out a couple of missing steps on my own. I did eventually get it installed, but the directions could definitely be clearer.

"Not Worth the Price"
I expected better for what I paid. Some of the parts showed up with rough edges, and the fit just wasn’t right. Why should I have to spend so much time messing with something that’s supposed to work out of the box? Disappointing overall.

"Helpful in the End, but I Was Definitely Waiting"
At first I was a little frustrated because it took longer than I expected to hear back from customer service. I kept thinking, okay, did they forget about me? But once they finally replied, the answer was actually useful and helped me out. So I went from annoyed to feeling like, alright, fair enough. It wasn’t a bad experience at all, just not especially quick. I’d probably use them again, but I wouldn’t go in expecting super fast responses.

I had to return a part and, uh, it did all work out in the end, but the whole process felt slower than I expected. It took a few emails before I got clear info on what to do. The refund came through eventually, so it wasn’t terrible, I just wish it had been a little easier.

"Paint match was completely off"
I ordered custom paint expecting it to match my car, but it was way off. After using it, my hood looks bad, which is really frustrating. I also expected a faster response when I reached out about the issue
